About Virtual Bible StudyÂ
Virtual Bible Study™ was created in 2018 by John Beck, who combined his love for scripture with 25 years of marketing experience to help others grow in their faith. The idea began with a nightly Bible study between John and his mother, where they read a chapter from Psalms and shared reflections over text—asking questions and discussing how to apply God’s word in daily life.
This simple practice inspired the launch of virtualbiblestudy.com, which now offers 260 lessons on topics like hope, compassion, perseverance, and faith. Since its creation, the site has reached over 200,000 people across 200 countries.
